Goal! The Dream Begins features Santiago, a young immigrant living in the barrios of Los Angeles, who has a dream: to play soccer for a world-class team. He unexpectedly gets a tryout with one of England’s premier soccer clubs. He enters a world where soccer is a religion. He has to prove he can compete with the best in the world. 2005, 118 minutes, PG-13, in Spanish and French with English and Spanish subtitles.  Lesson plans will be completed in May, 2012.
