Shipping

As a general rule, we will ship via UPS to school/university addresses and via priority mail to individuals. For orders outside the US, we will select the most cost-effective shipping method.

Return Policy

Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our lesson plans. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your products to us. We have created this 30-day return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

1. we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product;
2. the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, give us a call at 800-832-2448 and we will give you instructions on how to return items.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges for domestic orders only and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

1. we will not refund or exchange the product;
2. we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
